Crobsy Favors Two

2014 offensive lineman Tyrell Crosby is favoring two Pac 12 schools over the rest right now

The state of Nevada doesn't produce as much talent as many other west coast states, but Utah is in on a good one in 2014 OT Tyrell Crosby out of Henderson (NV) Green Valley High School .

"So far my recruitment is going good. Right now, Oregon, San Diego State, Utah, and UNLV have offered."

A couple of heavy hitters from across the country are also showing interest and could be on the verge of throwing their name into the hat for Crosby's services.

"Alabama, Washington, and Boise State are showing a lot of interest."

Two Pac 12 schools have emerged as frontrunners for the services of the 6-6, 295 offensive tackle prospect, and he's planning on visiting both.

"My top two top schools are Utah and Oregon. Utah because I grew up a Ute fan and was born in Salt Lake. I like Oregon because they run the same type of offense that I'm used to. I'll be going to Utah in March and then to Oregon in April."

Crosby speaks glowingly about Utah and is interested in continuing to learn more from his main recruiter.

"Jay Hill is the coach that is recruiting me. I think they're going to be better next year and will improving a lot in the Pac 12. They also went undefeated back in 2008."

The big man also has personal ties to the Utah team, as he's friends with a 2013 signee out of the Las Vegas area.

"Marcus Williams and I played on the same team when we were younger. He's been talking to me a lot about Utah."

Even though Oregon and Utah stand out above the rest right now, Crobsy has no plans to make a commitment in the next few months.

"I'm not in a rush to make a decision. I want to look at my options and then I'll probably decide closer to signing day."
