Marquez Trigg (6-foot, 185-pounds) has great size for a running back at his age. But not only does he possess great size, he does a great job using it to his advantage.

"I feel like my strength is to pound (the defense)," said Trigg. "I'm pretty strong, this off-season I focused on break-away speed and being more explosive," he said.

Trigg rushed for 1212 yards and 21 touchdowns last season.

"I felt like my play last year wasn't too bad. There was some runs that I should have broken that I didn't (break). But I've worked on that more," he continued.

Trigg hasn't set up any Junior Day trips, but he is planning on camping at some programs in the area and seeing at least one spring game.

"I plan to attend some camps this summer. I'm going to Western Kentucky, Kentucky, Louisville and maybe Tennessee. And I'm going to the Louisville spring game," he finished.

FOX Sports Next will keep you posted on Marquez Trigg.
