The offer list for 6-foot-1, 225 pound running back Mikel Horton continues to grow.
"Louisville has offered me," said Horton Monday evening. "I'm very interested in them."
Something that makes the Cardinals stand out for the junior is their head coach, Charlie Strong.
"I've been talking to Coach Strong for a while. He's great leading the coaches and works really well with the kids."
Horton hasn't visited the Cardinals before, but hopes to see the campus soon.
The junior also holds offers from Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Indiana, Kent State, Kentucky, Minnesota, Toledo and Western Michigan.
While Horton doesn't have a timetable set for when he would like to make his commitment, he does know what will be some of the most important factors in his decision.
"I want a place with a great atmosphere, great academics and with a nice campus and facilities. I want to have a family bond with the coaches and players. I'd also like for their offense to be more run-oriented as opposed to pass."
