RB Donte Williams Profile
Williams visited last summer with Wiggins and fellow Hillside High School prospects Josh McNeil and Trevion Thompson.
"It was about the same," Williams told CUTigers, when comparing the two visits.
"Both trips were really good. I really liked the visit [on Saturday]."
This time, Williams was accompanied by 15 Hillside teammates and coaches. After Clemson, the group drove down to Atlanta for Georgia Tech's junior day.
The four-star broke down the Saturday stops.
Clemson: It was a pretty cool time down there. We didn't spend that much time down there, but it was a real cool trip. Seeing the new indoor stadium, that was really nice -- and just learning more about the school.
Georgia Tech: It was pretty cool. I like their style of offense. They pretty much just run the ball 85 percent of the time. I learned more about the school's academics. That was pretty cool.
Aside from Clemson and Georgia Tech, Williams has taken multiple trips to N.C. State this spring. No other visits are currently on the docket.
"My top is Clemson, Notre Dame, Ohio State and Georgia Tech," he said.
The No. 23 ranked running back in the country added, "I'm pretty much taking as much time as I can before narrowing it down."
As a junior, Williams rushed for 850 yards.
