Claude is one to Watch for 2015

Dade County consistently produces some of the top talent in the country and wide receiver is one it's deepest positions every year. Champagnat Catholic's Stephen Claude looks to be one of the top play-makers in the 2015 class.

It has already been a busy off-season for Steven Claude as he has transferred schools, "I made the move to Champagnat Catholic from Norland for a couple of reasons and just felt like it was the best fit for me moving forward. I'm excited to get on the field for the Spring and everything is great so far," said Claude.

Claude tested out at the NIKE SPARQ combine recently in Miami and was one of the stand-outs with a 4.54 40 yard dash and 35 inch vertical jump, "It was fun seeing how I measure up with the guys a year older and I am happy with my results. I can get better though and plan on getting into the 4.4's next year."

Claude has attracted plenty of interest thus far, but one school stands out early in the process, "West Virginia. I have grown up liking their open offense and that is definitely one school that I want to visit. Several Dade County guys are up there and everyone speaks highly of their experience there."

It will be a big summer for Claude, "I am definitely going to the Alabama and South Carolina camps this summer and will try to get to some of the in-state schools as well. I want to compete against the best, that will only make me a better player on the field."

Look for Claude to establish himself among the top tier in Dade this season.
