This sophomore quarterback from the Atlanta area will make his first visit to Clemson on Thursday afternoon.

QB Tyler Queen Profile

North Cobb High School [Kennesaw] sophomore Tyler Queen is excited about his up close and personal look at Chad Morris' hurry-up, no-huddle offense.

"I'm looking forward to talking a little more with coach Morris, and just seeing how things are put together up there, the dynamics of how they run their program," Queen recently told CUTigers.

"I just want to see how the communication is with the players and how the players respond. Just, basically, how they run their practices and how well coached they are," he said. "Everybody knows they're a well coached football team. But I'd like to see how he coaches his quarterbacks, and just how they run their practices."

According to Queen, Morris has liked what he's seen on film.

"He just told me he really likes my tape. He wants to talk to me a little bit more, see me throw, of course," Queen said.

Last week, Queen visited Georgia. He'll head to Vanderbilt on Saturday. Trips to Alabama, North Carolina are tentatively planned.

UNC, Buffalo and Middle Tennessee have offered.

"The North Carolina offer caught me off guard," Queen said. "I'm just looking forward to building relationships. I'm not really worried about offers right this minute."

As a sophomore, he threw for 2,607 yards with 23 touchdowns. Queen also rushed for 925 yards and 20 scores.
