Fontana (Calif.) Jurupa Hills 2015 quarterback Damion Wright (6-1, 185), took an unofficial visit to Arizona State last month, and the all-state selection enjoyed his time in Tempe.

"I went out there for a junior day and it was crazy there," said Wright. "Coach (Todd) Graham was talking to us and all the coaches are really cool."

Wright also got to talk with the assistant coaches and got good feedback from them.

"I talked to my area recruiter, Coach (Joe) Lorig and I met the quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator, Coach (Mike) Norvell," said Wright. "They're looking at me as a quarterback and Coach Norvell said I fit what they do because their offense throws a lot and I can get out and run too."

Wright plans to be back in Tempe in June.

"I'll be doing their quarterback camp on June 9th and 10th and then do another unofficial around then," said Wright.

Wright also plans a few more camp visits this summer.

"I'll do Georgia Tech's camp in July, Nebraska's quarterback came in June and Washington's Rising Stars Camp at the end of June and the regional Elite 11 in San Francisco and Nike Camp in Oakland in May," said Wright. "I may do an unofficial to Cal or Stanford while I'm up there."
