Two for 2015

The recruiting game continues to change as each year passes. College coaches from across the country must find, stay on and offer kids at a much earlier stage vs. five years ago. With all the media coverage following high school football recruiting the game has changed. These are two players for next year's class that every college football fan should be aware of.

Christian Wilkins checks in at 6'4 and 280-pounds out of Suffield (CT) Suffield Academy. The standout defensive linemen can play either inside or out and does both with a violent passion for the game. Boston College, Connecticut, Virginia and Maryland have all offered and he has interest from the Florida Gators as well.

Christian Wilkins:

"I'm competitive, I'm very big and athletic, I'm mentally tough, I love the physicality of the game. I work hard I always try to be number one and I know there is always room for improvement."

At 6'3 and close to 280-pounds CeCe Jefferson will continue to be near the top of the board for numerous college coaches in the Southeast. Jefferson checks in from Glen Saint Mary (FL) Baker County Senior high school. He has early offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Louisville and North Carolina to name a few. Jefferson attended camps at Alabama and Auburn.

CeCe Jefferson:

"A couple things that make me a great player are my work ethic, my mechanics, my speed, and my size. Five things I do off the field run, lift weights, swim, ride bikes and sleep. The biggest thing I want to work on is staying low and using my hands more. My favorite thing about playing football is the fact that you can be as violent as you want and not go to jail (said laughing) Some schools I will visit are Alabama, Louisville and Clemson."
