Pendleton Pledges Black & Gold

The Missouri Tigers received a big commitment, both figuratively and literally, when Lee's Summit West OG Kevin Pendleton decided today was the day to become a Missouri Tigers. He spoke with minutes after committing about it.

Lee's Summit (MO) West OG Kevin Pendleton 6'5" 302 has committed to the University of Missouri. Pendleton notified of his decision.

"I just commited about 20 minutes ago to Mizzou,"said Pendleton.

Kevin spoke about why he made his decision now and chose the Tigers.

"Well I knew MU was the place for me, great coaches, great school, great people, nd great competition. Every time I went to Columbia I loved it more and more and I had been thinking about it for the past few weeks and decided tonight was the night," he said.

The big offensive lineman talked about the coaches reaction when he told them.

"Both Hill and Walker were hooting and hollering when I told them, and they were happy for me, so I knew I made the right choice."

Pendleton also spoke about his next job of trying to get fellow Titan teammates to come with him to Mizzou.

"I will talk more with them and see where they are. I should be able to give them another players point of view, but we talk about it all the time. The difference now is that I am going to be biased, so it will be interesting."

Kevin Pendleton becomes the Tigers 7th known commitment.
