Ohio WR Picks Up First Offer

It was only a matter of time before Michael Siragusa picked up his first scholarship offer. FOX Sports NEXT has the latest news on the offer and the other programs showing interest.

Tuesday was a big day for Cleveland (Ohio) St. Ignatius wide receiver Michael Siragusa who picked up his first scholarship offer.

"I'm really excited that I got my first offer," said Siragusa. "Eastern Michigan is my first offer. Yesterday I talked with Miami Ohio and they said they are on the verge of offering. Buffalo is also up there and I've been talking with several Ivy League schools and like Kent State and Toledo."

The next couple of months will be busy ones for the 6-foot-3, 198-pound receiver as he's looking for more interest and offers.

"I know for sure I'm going on a bus tour with the guys I work out with," stated Siragusa. "We're to visit like Cincinnati, Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, Toledo and Pittsburgh. I'm still mapping out all the camps and still deciding on the other ones to go to."

FOX Sports NEXT will continue to follow Siragusa as he hits the camp circuit looking to add more offers in the coming weeks.
