6-foot-4, 260 pound junior Colt Pettit has collected over a dozen offers throughout the year. This past weekend, the lineman took a visit to one of his schools, Western Michigan.
"I had a really good visit. They had their top 25 recruits there. We pretty much just talked about everything. We got to visit downtown and all of their facilities."
So how did the visit affect the junior's view on Western Michigan?
"It affected it positively. Coach Fleck gets you fired up about what they have going on. They're going to be good, there's no doubt about it."
With offers also from the likes of Illinois, Purdue and Virginia Tech, Pettit says that right now, no school has an advantage over another.
"It's still pretty wide open. I really need to narrow down my list. I'm not sure about when I want to commit; it will depend on some stuff."
