Black camps with Horns, Sooners

Woodlawn-Shreveport (La.) 2015 DB Henry Black, who already has a couple of early FBS offers, went on the road to show his stuff at a couple of out-of-state BCS heavyweights' camps...

Henry Black was in Norman and Austin to camp with the Sooners and Longhorns.

"Oklahoma went good," Black began. "I learned a lot of different techniques. My teammates - Donovan Wilson, Malcolm Wilson, DeTrevis Heard and Fadarius Johns - did great.

"The OU coaches taught me different things. I liked the DB coaches. It was a three-day camp, but we only got to stay one day because we had Texas camp the next day."

Black enjoyed working with Texas coach Duane Akina.

"I liked was great," he said. "Coach Akina broke things down and explained the details where it was easy to understand. The way he teaches, it's easy to pick it up."

Black will be at TCU Wednesday, Baylor Friday and ULM's satellite camp in Shreveport the following day.

Tulane and Memphis have offered.

He has a former teammate, Torshiro Davis, at Texas.

"People should visit both Oklahoma and Texas if they get the chance," Black continued. "I'm really considering both schools right now, and I'm working hard to hopefully get an offer."
