Three Arizona Juniors get Offered

Jake Grant, Brian Lewerke and Cassius Peat all receive their first scholarship offers

There is no doubt that the talent pool in Arizona continues to increase. More and more kids are getting national level attention and the number of athletes receiving early scholarship offers continues to increase every year.

Three 2015 players from the Grand Canyon State received their first offers this weekend after impressive camp performances.

*Scottsdale Horizon OL Jake Grant was offered by the University of Utah after their camp on Friday.

*Phoenix Pinnacle QB Brian Lewerke received an offer from Arizona State after their camp on Sunday. Lewerke has yet to start a varsity game for the Pioneers but has looked very impressive in summer passing leagues.

*Tempe Corona del Sol DE Cassius Peat was also offered by Arizona State after camp on Sunday. Peat, the younger brother of Todd and Andrus, started for the Aztecs as a sophomore and was an all-section performer. Peat is also a basketball star, helping Corona to the last two state titles.
