Ohio running back commits to Cardinals

Three-star running back L.J. Scott is one of the top prospects from the Buckeye State and on Friday he became the 19th member of the Louisville's 2014 recruiting class.

L.J. Scott of Marion (OH) Harding High School is considered one of the top prospects in the State of Ohio and on Friday afternoon he followed in the footsteps of four others from the Buckeye State to pledge to the Cardinals.

The 6-foot, 215-pound three-star back chose Louisville over offers from Kent State, Indiana and Wisconsin. He was also drawing interest from Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue and others.

Scott becomes the fifth prospect to pledge to the Cardinals this week and the 19th overall commitment.
