Missouri Visit Makes Morrison Hopeful

The state of Missouri's 2014 class is full of talented offensive linemen. One of the top interior prospects in the class to a visit to Mizzou today and spoke with ShowMeMizzou.com following it about the Tigers and his recruitment.

On Tuesday, 2014 interior OL prospect Jackson Morrison  6’3”   290  Maryville (MO) spent a good part of the afternoon at Missouri on an unofficial visit.   Afterwards, he was at Shakespeare’s, and he took time to speak with ShowMeMizzou.com about his visit and his recruitment.

“It went really well,”   said Morrison, talking about his Missouri visit.    “I loved it!”

“The Missouri coaches told me that they like what they’ve seen of me,”   explained Morrison, who is hoping for a Missouri offer.  

Morrison holds offers from Missouri State, North Dakota State, Southern Illinois, Southeast Missouri State.   He’s camped at Arkansas, Nebraska, and Tulsa.   He said that he thinks Tulsa is going to offer him pretty soon.

It sounds like it wouldn’t take long for the longtime Missouri fan to make up his mind should the Tigers come with an offer.

“That would be great,”   said Morrison, speaking of a potential Missouri offer.   “That would make (Missouri) a very viable option”.
