6-foot-2, 250 pound senior Geno Rollo is ready to get his recruitment going. The lineman hit the road, attending several camps.
"The camps went well. I think I learned a lot. I went to Toledo, Bowling Green, Youngstown State, Cincinnati, Kentucky and Ohio."
While at the camps, the lineman wanted coaches to notice his determination.
"I want them to see that I don't quit on a play. Also that I like to learn and take advice from the coaches."
When Rollo wasn't on the road, he was in the weight room.
"I worked on my conditioning a lot this summer so that I can play on both sides of the ball, as well as my technique."
There are several things Rollo is looking forward to about his senior season.
"Making a playoff run. I think we have a good shot at the state title."
As for his recruitment, he's still waiting on his first offer, but is hopeful that it will come soon.
"I talked to coaches at the beginning of the summer about my film. I'm hoping to take some visits this fall."
Where the lineman wants to visit is till wide open.
"I really don't have any preferences. I just want to play football."
