Junker Ready for More Visits

This weekend 2015 linebacker prospect John Junker will make another game day visit to a program he's got high interest in earning a scholarship offer from.

This past summer gave Cincinnati (Ohio) La Salle junior linebacker John Junker a chance to learn more about Indiana during a summer camp visit.

This Saturday, Junker plans to make a return trip to Bloomington to see the Hoosiers in action.

"I'm going over to Indiana on Saturday to see them play Navy," said Junker. "I've had some conversations with linebackers coach (William) Inge and can't wait to see how coach Inge coaches during a game."

The Hoosiers new co-defensive coordinator and linebackers coach impressed the 6-foot-3, 200-pound Junker during his camp visit.

"I was really impressed by the way coach Inge coaches you," he said. "No matter what type of player you are, coach Inge will make you a leader. He tells the linebackers to be at the front of the line to show our leadership and that we are the best."

Having already visit Cincinnati this past weekend, Junker is also hearing from another regional program about taking in a game.

"Kentucky has invited me to a few of their games as well," explained Junker. "So we'll be looking to visit there soon as well."
