Sutherlands Nabs No. 4

The talented big man now has four BCS offers to consider...

Keaton Sutherland, a 6-foot-5, 260-pound two-way lineman from Flower Mound (Texas) Marcus High happily informed that he had added a new offer.

"I was just going to inform you that I got an offer from Texas Tech two days ago," Sutherland reported.

The Red Raiders join Arkansas, Oklahoma and TCU as the first three schools to offer him a scholarship. Not a bad list for the rising junior prospect.

Sutherland currently has two of his brothers at the University of Arkansas, but at this time he admits that he is currently, "trying to put my heart out there for my team and I guess I will worry about that (recruiting) after high school."

Sutherland is already rated as a Class of 2015 four-star prospect, the No. 28 offensive tackle nationally.

Sutherland played defensive end as a sophomore and earned 5-5A Defensive Newcomer of the Year honors for his play.

Scout Eval- Another potential player who has secured multiple BCS level offers already. He has a great frame, and is one of those guys you can literally say looks more like a defensive end, because that is exactly what he plays in high school, where he earned district newcomer of the year honors. This off-season he started working at offensive line and offers started flowing in. He has a college pedigree and a high upside to be a top prospect.
