With three interceptions, one returned 65-yards for a touchdown, it's clear to see how Holiday is receiving interest from some of the best schools in the country – even as an underclassman.
Holiday, at 6-foot-2, 195-pounds, helped the Grizzles to an impressive 30-6 win over Oceanside.
"I've been getting letters, emails, and the recruiting coordinator from Notre Dame has been in contact with me," he said.
Holiday attended USC and Cal's camps over summer and says he's ultimately looking for an academically acclaimed school that will give him playing time.
Mission Hills probably couldn't have stopped the number one ranked team in San Diego County without Holiday. If he continues this high-level of playing, he'll be a hot prospect for 2015.
"The game was huge for us considering that we had never beat them [Oceanside] on a varsity level before so to come out here and compete with them was great," Holiday said. "And then contributing with my picks and touchdown was great and was much needed for the team for the victory."
