First Offers Roll In

Three from Glendale (Az.) CC get first FBS scholarship offers

FoxSportsNext has confirmed that Georgia State has offered three players from Glendale Community College in Arizona.

Head coach Mickey Bell says that LB Josh Bamrick and OTs Nick Ziegenbein and Jerhen Ertel have all been offered, the first FBS offers for all three.

Bamrick (6-2 250) is Glendale's leading tackler with 50 on the year. He also has a sack, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.

Bamrick prepped at Gilbert (Az.) Mesquite and is a qualifier that can enroll midyear. He will have three years to play two.

Ziegenbein (6-9 315) prepped at Phoenix Pinnacle and also was a full qualifier. He also will have three years to play two. He was offered by Northern Colorado out of high school.

Ertel (6-6 275) played 8-man football at Bagdad HS in rural Arizona. He redshirted his first year at Glendale and will have two years to play two.
