Chanhassen (MN) offensive tackle Frank Ragnow has several scholarship offers that includes the likes of California, Florida State, Miami, Missouri, Nebraska, Vanderbilt, and Wisconsin.
He just learned of another significant offer to him as Ohio State has notified him that they have offered him. Ragnow was excited about the news.
"I'm pumped to say the least," said Ragnow. "They are a very successful football team and a great school."
"I've actually had the offer since last week," he continued. "I just didn't interpret Coach (Ed) Warinner very well apparently but he confirmed yesterday that I have a scholarship and they want me to visit as soon as possible. I'm supposed to talk to Coach (Urban) Meyer tonight on the phone."
Ragnow already has an idea of when to visit and how to approach his process now that the Buckeyes are involved.
"I may visit Ohio State this weekend for their game against Iowa," he noted. "We've talked and we want to do an unofficial visit first and set up an official visit afterwards. If I can't make it down there for an unofficial visit we will just set up an official visit anyways."
"They are definitely one of the top schools me for me now," Ragnow said of Ohio State.
