Young Has New Offer

Tallahassee (Fla.) Rickards High cornerback Tusun Young has picked up another FBS offer. Young has been committed to UAB since this summer.

Tallahassee (Fla.) Rickards High School cornerback Tusun Young has been committed to UAB since before the start of the 2013 season however the 6-foot-0 and 180-pound defender is continuing to receive scholarship offers.

"I got an offer from Western Kentucky," said Young prior to his game last night against powerhouse Tallahassee Godby.

Young has had a productive season in helping his team to a 6-1 start. The senior has made 21 total tackles including 17 solo stops. He has also picked up off three passes this season including an interception for a touchdown last night to keep Rickards in the ball game early.

In addition to his two offers Young has also been hearing from Middle Tennessee, Old Dominion and Southern Miss. Two FAMU coaches were in attendance at Young's game last night as well.
