Deboskie is originally from Arizona but played the last two years in Texas. He landed the offer from the Wildcats following a 7 on 7 event on the Tucson campus in early June and they were heavy leaders ever since.
"I committed after the Arizona-Utah game last night," Deboskie said. "I just felt the timing was right but I had been leaning to Arizona for the last few months. I was planning to wait to announce until one of the All-American games but I just wanted to get it over with and I'm very excited to be a Wildcat.
"They had been recruiting me harder than anyone and I have a great relationship with the coaches. I like the offense a lot, it fits me and I like the idea of staying in Arizona to play my college ball. I know a lot of players on the team and being able to play with Cameron Denson, who's like family, for four more years was another added bonus."
Deboskie chose the Cats over offers from Arizona State, Colorado, Houston, New Mexico State, Oklahoma State and West Virginia. He's the Cats's 4th wide receiver commitment this year joining Denson, Tony Ellison and Jordan Morgan. Athlete Jace Whittaker is also a talented receiver but was recruited to play corner by the Cats.
