"It was great," the 6-foot-7, 290-pound Monona Grove High star said.
He had been recruited by Bret Bielema when he was at Wisconsin. Now, the Razorbacks are looking to make a move to bring him south. Offensive line coach Sam Pittman recently attended one of his games, and this weekend's visit allowed Gault to have further interaction with the whole staff.
"They expect me to come in and play," he said. "I would probably start at left guard and they will move Dan Skipper out to left tackle. I'm graduating early, so I think that would increase those chances."
Gault was recently offered by Miami (Fla.) and told Badger Nation's Ben Worgull that he may take an official visit to Coral Gables as well. This weekend's visit has left him with much to think again as far as his recruitment goes.
When asked if he was still committed to Wisconsin or also considering the Razorbacks, Gault said, "It's tough. Emotions are super high right now."
He added, "I'm visiting Wisconsin this weekend."
Gault had previously told Worgull before the visit that it would "take something crazy" for him not to be a Badger.
