Who's next for Gaines?

Kaleel Gaines has a nice offer list. What top five team could be next for this '15 athlete from Frostproof?

Frostproof (Fla.) High School is home to the Gaines brothers. Many know more about the younger one, sophomore quarterback Xavier. But he has an older brother in the 2015, Kaleel.

Kaleel, 6-foot-1, 175-pounds, stars on both sides of the ball.

"Man, he's fast," said Price Harris, Frostproof's coach. "He's a speedy and real long kid. Kaleel is physical on defense and a playmaker on offense."

Gaines is so versatile. He's the team's second leading tackler, the leading rusher and the second leading wide receiver.

"He's had a good season and started to get the attention," Harris said. "He's started here since he was a freshman. He's athletic but just needs some polish. I tell you what, this kid works his butt off."

Teams have taken notice as well. He has a handful of offers from schools like Wisconsin, Tennessee, Purdue, Penn State, Ohio State, and Miami.

"Auburn and Florida have offered him too," Harris said. "Florida State is his favorite school and I think they are pretty close to offering him as well."

Jamie has been covering college football recruiting since 1992 and is entering his ninth year with Scout.com and FOXSportsNext. He's currently a National Recruiting Analyst and Manager for the state of Florida. Jamie is also covering the NFL Draft for the network.
