Ole Miss Commitment Stats
**Oxford defeated Center Hill 45-27 last Friday to push their record to a perfect 10-0. Sophomore Ole Miss commit DeKaylin Metcalf had six catches for 81 yards and two touchdowns in the contest. He caught five passes for 52 yards and two touchdowns the week before after missing the past four games with a shoulder injury. He now has 28 catches for 359 yards and seven touchdowns in six games of action.
Oxford (10-0) plays Lake Comorant tonight.
3-Star WR Harris had 5 catches for 72 yards yards and a touchdown
in the contest. This brings his season total to 35 catches for 458 yards and
seven touchdowns. The nation's #28 ranked safety, Ronald Walker,
had seven tackles and two for a loss. He now has 99 tackles, 8 for a loss, three
sacks, four forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, two interceptions, and an
an 80 yard kickoff return through five games. Roderick Taylor led the ground
attack for over 300 rushing yards and has yet to allow a sack playing left tackle

**Ole Miss commit RB Akeem Judd had his third solid game in a row for Georgia Military Aca as they defeated Concrordia last weekend to run their record to 10-0. The 215-pounder rushed the ball ten times for 96 yards and a touchdown in the contest. He rushed for over 100 yards the prior two week. He seems to be getting over his turf toe and sprained shoulder. The Bulldogs are now ranked #1 in the country and sport a 10-0 record The 215-pounder has 87 rushes for 485 yards and three touchdowns in a injury riddled season.
GA Military College (10-0) faces Lackawanna College Saturday. The winner of
that game will face East MS CC in the national championship game in December.
That is if East defeats Jones CC this Saturday.
**North Panola defeated Independence by the score of 42-24 to finish the regular
season at a 6-5 record. Ole Miss commit, 4-Star TE Willie
Hibbler, had two catches for 42 yards in the contest before sitting out
the last three quarters to preserve him for the playoff stretch. The 6' 5",
220-pounder now has 25catches for 585 yards and seven touchdowns on the season
while also rushing for another 50 yards. Ole Miss sophomore commit, Justin
Conner, rushed the ball 8 times for 96 yards. The 190-pound tailback now
has 908 rushing yards and four touchdowns for the season.
North Panola (6-5) is at Booneville tonight in the first round of the playoffs.
**Bassfield defeated East Marion 48-6 last Friday to run their record to 10-1. Ole Miss commit Calvin Moore was 4-8 for 118 yards and two touchdowns. The future cornerback also rushed for another touchdown The 3-Star CB is now 41-69 for 853 yards and ten touchdowns on the season. He has also rushed for additional 139 yards and six touchdowns. C.J. also has 11 tackles, one interceptions one caused fumble, and three batted down balls in limited play on defense. 3-Star LB Alvin Moore had five tackles, two batted down balls, and recovered a fumble on the day.. A.J. now has 76 tackles, two interceptions, seven for loss, two safeties, six batted down balls, and three sacks.
The Yellow Jackets (10-1) plays at home against Richton in the first round of the playoffs.
**The nation's top kicker, Gary
Wunderlich, missed his only field goal attempt from 54 yards in MUS' 35-7
win over Briarcrest last Friday in front of coach Hugh Freeze. He had one punt
for 51 yards in the contest and made all of his PATs.. MUS has now won seven
games in a row. For the season the Under Armour All-American has punted the
ball 26 times for a 46.99 yard average. He has made all 56 of his extra points
and forty three of his fifty eight kickoffs have been downed in the end zone.
Gary is 3-7 in the field goal department with three of his four misses from
over 50 yards. His long for the season is 51yards.
MUS faces (8-2) plays is off this week and will start the playoffs next Friday.
**Colquitt County (GA) DT Jamiyus Pittman broke his femur in the first quarter
of the game in game three and is expected to return next week for Colquitt County.
He was having a monster season year as he recorded 32 tackles, 3sacks, and 7
tackles from behind the line of scrimmage in three games of action.
Colquitt County is 8-2 on the season and start the playoffs next Friday
**Lafayette defeated Byhalia 50-13 last Friday to finish the regular season with a 6-5 record. Ole Miss commit D.K. Buford had 11 rushes for 72 yards and two touchdowns in the contest. Buford has 794 rushing yards, 279 receiving yards, and sixteen total touchdowns on the season
Lafayette (6-5) is at home against Itawamba AHS tonight in the first round of the 4A playoffs.
* LB Alfred Dickens missed the third contest in a row due to a concussion he received in the South Panola game. He is still suffering some memory loss but each day it is slowly coming back but has not returned to school or practice in the past three weeks. Through five and half games of action he chipped in 62 tackles, two sacks, three interceptions, eight batted down balls, and forced two fumbles.
Olive Branch (7-4) is at Tupelo tonight. They missed the playoffs so this will be their last game of the season.
**The nation's #49 rated O, Tyler Putman,
had his season came to an end when he tore his ACL in his left knee in game
one. He had a successful surgery and is expected to be ready for a two-a-days
in August at Ole Miss.
**Recent Ole Miss 4-Star CB Kendarius Webster had two picks in front of Coach Jones last Friday. The 5' 11", corner has 43 tackles, 6 interceptions, 6 total touchdowns on special teams and defensive interception returns, and two forced fumbles on the seaosn.
Stockbridge (8-1) faces Upsen-Lee in their last regular season game of the year.
**The nation's #10 ranked safety, C.J. Hampton and Meridian defeated Terry 45-26 last Friday. The 6' 0", 195-pound safety had a season high 16 tackles, his first interception on the season, and caused a fumble in the contest. The Ole Miss commit now has 48 tackles on the season. He was selected to the Army All-American game.
Meridian (7-3) is at home against Forrest Hill tonight in their last regular season game.
**The nation's #36 rated defensive end, Victor Evans, had six tackles, and
two sacks in Dallas Skyline's 65-7 win over Dallas White last Friday. For the
season the rush end now has 43 tackles, 11.5 sacks, and 15.5 tackles for loss
in seven games of action this year.

**Sandy Creek and the nation's #49 rated defensive tackle, Chris Williams, defeated Carrollton 24-7 last Friday in front of Ole Miss assistant Derrick Nix to run their record to 8-0-1. The Ole Miss commit had six tackles and a sack in his third game back after missing four games with an ankle injury. The 6' 2", 280-pounder now has 29 tackles and four sacks through five games of action.
Sandy Creek (GA) (8-0-1) plays at Columbus (GA ) tonight in their last regular
**Florence (Ala) and Ole Miss commit Kendrick Doss were defeated by Vestavia Hills 21-7 last Friday. The 6' 2", 215-pound quarterback had the flu and missed the contest. For the season he has passed for over 1,987 yards, rushed for over 780, and has twenty one total touchdowns.
Florence (7-3) is at home against Mountain Brook in the first round of the playoffs tonight.
**Ole Miss commit Jeremy Liggins and N' East CC's season is now over. In three games at defensive end he had 14 tackles and a sack. In three games of action at quarterback he ha3 over 248 passing yards, 90 rushing yards, and four touchdowns.
N' East CC completed their season with a 3-6 record.
**Ole Miss tight end commit, Charles Standberry, had 8 catches for 102 yards and a touchdown in their 41-14 win over Anniston last Friday. For the season the nation's #32 rated tight end has 43 catches for 559 yards and eight touchdowns.
Montgomery Carver (8-2) is at Blount tonight in the first round of the playoffs..
**Ole Miss 4-Star TE commit Sammie Epps and Greenwood defeated Cleveland 46-20 last Friday to end their regular season with a 9-1 record. This brings his season total to 36 receptions for 651 yards and nine touchdowns

**Ole Miss junior 4-Star commit RB Raleigh Williams and Bishop Lynche (TX) were defeated by Prestonwood 62-28 last Friday. The 200-pound back had the flu and was unable to play in the game. He has 118 carries for 670 yards, 118 receiving yards and three touchdowns through eight games of action.
Bishop Lynche (3-6-1) faces Liberty Christian tonight in their last regular season game.
**LB DeMarques Gates could be cleared for tonight's game. The nation's #34 rated outside linebacker recorded a 132 tackles as a junior. He was waiting to get clearance from his doctor this week. No word yet.
Lovejoy is now 9-1 and will enter the playoffs next Friday.
