Bearcats Host Junior Cornerback

Although he entered his junior season as a relative unknown, first-time starter, Canton (OH) GlenOak cornerback Kyle Hall impressed with his play on the field. He is starting to attract recruiting looks.

Canton GlenOak will have several talented underclassmen returning next season, and many of them have hit the recruiting radar.

Junior cornerback Kyle Hall impressed this past season, and the 6-foot-1, 175-pound, athlete is a player to watch for the class of 2015 in Ohio.

"Things went great for me this year, and I was a lot better player as a junior," Hall stated. "I didn't know what to expect for my first year on varsity, so to make the All-League First Team really was something. I'm proud of my play this year."

"I run track, so people knew I had speed, but I think I proved I'm a football player this year," he added. "My coverage skills are really good, and I can come up and tackle. I'm working on being better at press coverage on the line."

Hall recently visited Cincinnati, and came away impressed with the Bearcat program.

"I was in Cincinnati for their game with SMU, and loved it there," he explained. "I was very impressed by everything they had to offer. They gave us a great presentation, and had a lot of recruits there."

"They message me on Facebook, and we speak fairly often," he continued. "I like everything about the program, and they are supposed to be at my school this spring to see me. I'm also hearing from most of the MAC schools and also from Pittsburgh."
