MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — The declaration looms for Josh Malone.

The four schools the Scout four-star has concentrated on four over a month now have been Clemson, Florida State, Georgia and Tennessee.

The Station Camp (Tenn.) High School star is having a declaration ceremony on Wednesday. But, does he already know which school is getting his talents?

Around his recruitment, Malone continues to rack up praise and honors. He added a major one Monday, being named TSSAA Class AAA Mr. Football Back of the Year at a banquet.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pounder rarely left the field for the Bisons, primarily holding down defensive back and wide receiver duties. Malone finished his senior campaign with 63 receptions for 1,280 yards and 17 touchdowns. He rushed 20 times for 240 yards and five TDs. Defensively, he totaled 31 tackles and two interceptions.

The Gallatin, Tenn., resident is rated by Scout as the No. 69 player nationally, the No. 10 wide receiver and the Volunteer State's best senior.
