The Washington Top 40 has one of the premier two-way prospects in the country at the top of the list and he's also the top prospect in the Pacific Northwest in this class.

Bellevue (Wash.) safety Budda Baker, who can play on either side of the ball, is the top prospect in Washington in 2014. The U.S. Army All-American recently decommitted from Oregon and is down to Washington and UCLA.

He's one of three Wolverines, the six-time defending 3A state champions, in the top 5.

Bellevue defensive tackle Marcus Griffin is in at No. 2, the four-star choosing from between Arizona, California, Mississippi State and Washington State.

And Bellevue defensive end Shane Bowman, who flipped his commitment to Washington from Oregon State is in at No. 4.

Right behind Baker is Fife four-star two-way lineman Kaleb McGary, who's uncommitted, but considering Washington, Oregon State and Washington State.

Camas offensive guard Drew Clarkson, a Semper Fidelis All-American, rounds out the top five and represents the southern part of the state.
