Arkansas lands big WR

The Razorbacks landed a big wide receiver target in Kendrick Edwards from south Florida.

Kedrick Edwards (Miami Norland) is a big wide receiver prospect from South Florida. Earlier today he gave his ledge to the Razorbacks.

"Yes, he committed to Arkansas," said Daryle Heidelburg, Norland's coach. "I think he was very impressed with their facilities and the organization. There is a family atmosphere there. He really enjoyed himself on his visit."

Edwards, 6-foot-5, 205-pounds, is a huge target with a lot of upside.

"He's an exceptional talent and a big target," Heidelburg said. "He has very good athletic ability and do a lot of nice things out there on the football field. Arkansas is getting a very good player who has a bright future."
