The first member of Penn State
's Class of 2015 is on board. FightOnState.com's Greg Pickel reports that Connecticut running back/defensive back Jarvis Miller
committed to the Nittany Lions while attending the program's Junior Day Saturday.
A 6-foot-2, 190-pounder, Miller is rated among the top 10 players in New England by Scout.com's Brian Dohn.
Dohn's take: "Miller offers versatility since he can play running back and is also an intriguing safety prospect. He has good speed and vision, and as a running back he gets through the hole well. He is a long strider and smooth runner."
