Stevens Adds Wolfpack Offer

Decatur Central (Ind.) junior quarterback Tommy Stevens discusses his latest offer from North Carolina State.

Lucky number seven came today for Tommy Stevens as the Decatur Central quarterback added another offer to his list.

"North Carolina State offered," he reported.

Stevens (6'3, 190) says he has not visited the Wolfpack but will at some point in the future. As for other visits, he has two planned this weekend.

"I have junior day Sunday at Indiana then Saturday at Tennessee."

In addition to NC State, Stevens has offers from Cincinnati, Iowa, Indiana, Purdue, Toledo and Western Michigan.

"He's a tremendous competitor," his head coach Justin Dixson said, "and obviously he has tremendous athletic ability and is a good football player. He has really good quickness and instincts. He's long and rangy. He's dynamic."

Stevens was the quarterback MVP at last week's Best of the Midwest Combine. Clips of him in action there are below:
