Team Preview: Pflugerville Hendrickson

A preview of some of Pflugerville (Texas) Hendrickson's top playmakers in the 2015 class...

The Hendrickson Hawks had some top prospects sign with schools including Baylor, Oklahoma, and Nebraska on Signing Day, but this Pflugerville team will bounce back this fall with the help of some top 2015 talent.

NAME: P.J. Mbanasor

POSITION: Cornerback

MEASUREMENTS: 6-foot-2, 182-pounds

SCHOOLS OF INTEREST: Committed to TCU, offers including Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Baylor, Oklahoma State, Arkansas, and Texas Tech

RECRUITING UPDATE: The four-star prospect committed to the Frogs in January, but has recently seen a rise in his recruitment. This weekend, Mbanasor will trip to Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and Arkansas.

EVALUATION: It is no surprise Mbanasor has become one of the most heavily recruited players in the area. He has a unique blend of skills that make him a desirable lock down corner prospect. Big-framed, but quick and plays low. Can sink his hips and turn. He has the size and strength to man up big-framed feature receivers. Plays with savvy and confidence, showing good hand-eye coordination. He just has a knack for getting a hand in to break up pass plays. -Greg Powers

NAME: Blake Browning

MEASUREMENTS: 6-foot-1, 280-pounds

SCHOOLS OF INTEREST: Arkansas, Florida State, Iowa State, SMU, North Texas, Tulsa, Missouri, Nebraska
