Dormady Loves Texas

Boerne (TX) standout signal caller visits the University of Texas and walks away thoroughly impressed with what he saw.

Quarterback Quinten Dormady checks in at 6-foot-3, 180-pounds and was one of many prospects who had a chance to visit the new Longhorn staff recently.

"I love the new coaching staff," Quinten Dormady said. "They are very personable coaches. I love coach [Shaun] Watson. They are all men of character and that's what you want in a coach. Texas needs to be back on the top and I think they have the right system to do that and the facilities are the best in country. I would love to be here and play for a staff like this and a team with so much tradition as Texas has! I was just trying to picture myself playing there. UT is up there in my mind! I really like the staff and would love to get the opportunity to play for coaches like coach [Charlie] Strong and coach Watson."

Dormady has high hopes for his senior season and he knows it all starts with the signal caller.

"My game is a game where I like to make the plays with my arm," Dormady said. "If I have to I will get myself out of trouble with my feet and make good decisions with the ball and put our team in the best position to win as possible! I am a competitor and want to win at whatever I'm doing and I'm going to do what I can to do so!
