Three new offers for Davis

Over the past week, Chuck Davis has seen a spike in his recruitment. The 2015 Ashburn (Va.) Broad Run gave the latest.

Last year, North Carolina became the first school to offer Chuck Davis.

In the past week, the Broad Run standout has added three more offers.

"This past week has been pretty crazy," said the 5-foot-9, 160-pound Davis. "ECU, Indiana and Charlotte all offered me. I've also been in contact with Temple, USC, Boston College, Ohio and ODU. I think ODU could be closest to offering."

He will visit multiple schools in the next month.

"I'm supposed to go to ODU on March 29 and Indiana Apri1 4-6," he said. "And I'm supposed to visit ECU on April 12 for their junior day-spring game. I'm looking forward to the visits."

Davis is also hoping to attend several camps this summer.

"Actually, I'm going to try and travel the country," he said. "I'm going to try to go to Florida, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Michigan, Virginia Tech, Miami and possibly some schools on the West Coast."

He is taking his time with the recruiting process.

"As of right now, I'm just weighing all my options," Davis said. "But I'm probably going to cut my list down before or after the season, depending on how things go.

"I'd like to have a decision made by December because I'm thinking about enrolling early."
