Connor Maloney is a massive offensive lineman standing at 6-foot-6, 270-pounds. In addition to his size, he's also a skilled player who is dedicated to the game.
"I would have to say that leadership, agility, speed and strength are high on my list of strengths," Malone said. "I find that on the line I do very well with pass protection. I am also a strong outside run blocker with speed."
"I am a very dedicated player. I am passionate and have a strong desire to be the best I can be," Maloney continued. "I am hardworking on and off the field and use most of my free time for training. Team is also huge for me and I would say most people see me as a leader in school and in the locker room," he continued.
Maloney has a big junior season and has long been a contributor to his team. He's seen himself improve and hopes to keep getting better.
"This past year I think I had my best season. I have been a three year varsity starter and a two year starter at Jeffersontown. I have had the great opportunity to grown my abilities on the line and that has allowed me to have a terrific season at Jeffersontown. That said I will never slow down and I plan on my senior year being better than my best," Maloney continued.
Schools have also noticed Maloney and are showing interest in him.
Maloney visited Western Kentucky for a Junior Day, and will visit Ohio next weekend and Eastern Michigan on April 12.
