CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Reggie Gallaspy has long been considered one of the top 2015 running backs in North Carolina and showed why at the Charlotte NFTC over the weekend. While at the event, the Greensboro (N.C.) Southern Guilford running back spoke with

"I still have nine offers – Duke, North Carolina, N.C. State, East Carolina, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Virginia, Wake Forest and West Virginia," said Reggie Gallaspy.

"Florida, Florida State, Ohio State, Indiana, Auburn, South Carolina and Georgia are also the main schools recruiting me. I think Auburn could be the next to offer."

For the past couple of months, Gallaspy has had a top five.

Right now, my top five in order is still Duke, N.C. State, North Carolina, West Virginia and Virginia," said the 6-foot, 220-pound Gallaspy. "Those are my top five because they've all offered and they're showing the most interest."

Gallaspy will take several visits in the upcoming months.

"During spring break, I'm visiting Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Florida State and Auburn," he said. "Over the summer, I'm probably going to visit a bunch of schools in the Big Ten. And I'll probably head out west to visit UCLA, Southern Cal and Stanford."

The final two steps of his recruitment will likely take place in August.

"I'm going to narrow my list down towards the end of the summer," he said. "I'll probably be committing to somebody by the beginning of football season.

"It's just going to come down to where I feel most comfortable, where I feel I'll be a good fit and where I feel I can make a big impact."
