Bearcats Tracking Kyle Hall

Kyle Hall impressed last season as a junior cornerback for Canton GlenOak, and he is primed to have a big senior season. Cincinnati was at his school this week, and is showing serious interest.

Even though he is still looking for his first offer, Canton GlenOak cornerback Kyle Hall is a player of note in Ohio for the class of 2015.

Hall, 6-foot-2, 1900-pounds, has the size and hip recovery needed to play cornerback at the next level. Cincinnati was at GlenOak this week to watch him work out.

"Coach (Steve) Clinkscale was at my school this week, and he told my head coach they are very interested in me," Hall stated. "They want me to come to their camp, and my dad and I are going to make that happen. They are telling me they like my film, but they want to see me in person."

"I love Cincinnati and would love to have an offer from them," he added. "They would be my top choice because they have what I'm looking to major in, which would be marketing. I was there for a game last year and thought it would be a great place to play."

Several other schools are starting to recruit Hall, and interest is picking up.

"I've heard from Michigan, Michigan State, Syracuse and Purdue," he explained. "I would love to get to camp at all these schools. I didn't play as a sophomore and I didn't go to camps last year, so I need to show people what I can do."

"My whole summer is going to be just going to a lot of camps, and trying to impress the coaches," he continued. "I've added about 10-pounds of muscle in the off season, and I'm in the best shape of my life."
