Scout.com has confirmed that RB Paul Lucas from Phoenix (Az.) Mountain Pointe has received a new scholarship offer, his tenth overall.
Mt. Pointe head coach Norris Vaughan says, "Tennessee offered Paul this morning."
Lucas (5-11 175) also has offers from UCLA, San Diego State, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Arizona, Washington, Utah, Arizona State and Oregon State.
Lucas just helped his team to an undefeated season and a D1 state title. He rushed for 847 yards and 11 TDs.
Lucas is also one of the nation's premier sprinters. He won the Arizona state title as a sophomore with a time of 10.44 and is currently #1 in the US in the 100 and 400 meters.
