Missouri doesn't come to the state of Arizona often to recruit but they made a quick stop in Scottsdale to one of the state's powerhouses and offered two of their players.
Saguaro head coach Jason Mohns says, "Missouri came and offered Christian Kirk and Kayden Lyles today."
Kirk, a four-star prospect by Scout.com in the 2015 class, now has a staggering 36 offers.
San Diego State, Arkansas, Auburn, Louisville, Vanderbilt, Georgia, Penn State, Alabama, Ole Miss, Boise State, Florida, Oregon, Texas, Miami, USC, Stanford, Ohio State, Texas Tech, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Washington, Nevada, Oklahoma, Michigan, Michigan State, Oklahoma State, Florida State, Texas A&M, Tennessee, Cal, Wisconsin, Oregon State, Arizona, Arizona State and UCLA all have offered as well.
Kirk is currently the #4 wide receiver in the 2015 class.
Kirk (5-10 195) had an outstanding junior year. He caught 65 passes for 1,164 and 17 TDs. He carried the ball 77 times for 825 yards and 13 TDs. He threw 2 TDs as a QB yards and made 50 tackles and 2 INTs on defense as well as being an excellent returner.
Lyles, an offensive guard in the 2017 class, had a very busy day. He was offered by the Tigers, Notre Dame and Arizona State today alone. He also has been offered by Oklahoma and Wisconsin.
Lyles (6-3 300) started every game and was named all-section as a freshman in 2013.
