First Offer For Marshall

Lyndhurst Brush wide receiver Moses Marshall is one of the more physically impressive athletes in Ohio for the class of 2015. Marshall landed his first offer last week.

Once college coaches were able to see the physical development of Lyndhurst (OH) Brush wide receiver Moses Marshall and watch his film, it was only going to be a matter of time before he started adding offers.

Marshall, 6-foot-3, 210-pounds, picked up his first offer last week, and there could be more headed his way soon.

"I was offered by Akron," Marshall stated. "They have been evaluating me for the past few months, and they came into the school last week to see how tall I was. Once they saw me and looked at the film with my coach, they decided to offer."

"They are recruiting me as a wide receiver, but I could also play tight end or slot receiver," he added. "Getting that first offer is really exciting, and I appreciate Akron having faith in me."

"I know a lot about Akron, and I've done my research on them," he continued. "They will be graduating three tight ends this year, so I could play right away. I was there for a game and everything was great. I could see myself doing well there."

There are other schools showing interest in Marshall, and he is hoping to land more offers.

"I would say Kent State is recruiting me pretty hard right now, and they could be the next to offer," he explained. "I'm also hearing from Toledo, Central Michigan, Michigan State, and a few other schools."
