Junior corner Kiante Hardin has recently added his first few scholarship offers. The 5-foot-11, 160-pound defensive back talked with Scout.com about his recruitment and his thoughts on Missouri State.

Webb City High (MO.) junior KiAnte Hardin has been hearing from several schools over the last few weeks. One of those schools is Missouri State.

"I'm hearing from Missouri State, SMU, Wake Forest and Missouri State," Hardin said.

So what does Hardin think about the Bears?

"I think Missouri State is a good school. I'd be excited to get to play there," Hardin said. "The coach basically said that when I could down to visit, they would offer me."

However Hardin has also earned some offers from other schools in the last few days. Austin Peay, Pittsburg State and Bowling Green have all offered Hardin.

Hardin is one of the better defensive backs in Missouri and looking to improve on his overall game as his senior year approaches.

"I think my strength would be having good speed and also my awareness on the field," he said. "My season last year was pretty good, but I really wanted it to be a little better on the offensive side of the ball," he finished.

Bear Boulevard and Scout.com will keep you updated on KiAnte Hardin.
