Oakland Elite 11: Top Five Performers

The Scout recruiting team picks their individual top five performers from the Oakland Elite 11...

HAYWARD, CA- With a loaded group of 2015 quarterbacks, and a good number of potential prospects in the 2016 and 2017, it was hard to choose a consensus top five, let alone a personal top five.
