6-foot-3, 245-pound sophomore Jeffery Pooler is ready to get his recruitment going. The defensive end has been busy getting his summer plans set and will be busy on the road.
"I've set my camp schedule," said Pooler. "I'm going to Cincinnati on June 8th, Toledo on June 9th, Purdue on June 11th and Kentucky on June 10th and July 18th."
When he's on campus, Pooler is hoping that the coaches notice different aspects of his game he's been working on this off-season.
"I want them to see how explosive I've gotten off the snap and the ball and how I have sharpened my move set," he said.
The defensive end says that he believes that by the end of camp season, he'll hopefully pick up his first two offers, and he even has the schools in mind.
"They both blow up my mailbox, but I was on the phone with Kentucky's coach (Vince) Marrow and he said he liked my film and they will watch it as a staff, but he wants to see me in camp. Purdue sent a letter saying they reviewed my film and separated it from the rest of 2016 and feel that it is imperative that I come to camp to move to the top of their recruiting process," he said.
Stay with Scout for the latest on Pooler and the rest of the Class of 2016.
