Jeremy McDuffie picked up scholarship offer No. 13 - a lucky 13 - on Tuesday afternoon.

The Snellville, Ga., Shiloh High School running back landed an offer from the University of Louisville, according to his coaches.

The 5-foot-11, 160-pound McDuffie is also a track standout for Shiloh.

McDuffie adds the U of L offer to a list that already includes Tennessee, Wisconsin, Georgia State, Georgia Tech, Minnesota, South Carolina, Iowa, Indiana, Duke, Charleston Southern, Illinois, Jacksonville State and Marshall.

In just three games at running back, McDuffie ran for 547 yards and four touchdowns. He had 198 yards rushing against Central Gwinnett. As a cornerback, McDuffie had 60 tackles and two interceptions as a junior.

Also a track standout, McDuffie helped Shiloh win the Class 6A track state championship last month. He scored more points in the state meet than any athlete in Class 6A and was just two points off the runner-up team.

McDuffie won the 110 high hurdles, 300 IM hurdles, the triple jump and was also part of the 400-meter relay team that took first. His 110 hurdle time of 13.83 seconds was the sixth-fastest in the country among high schoolers.

It was the first state championship for Shiloh in any sport since 2003.

McDuffie will try to play both sports in college.
