"After I got done throwing at the Illinois Satellite camp the coaches told me they liked what they saw and offered me," Frank said.
Frank got some one on one instruction from Illini offensive coordinator Bill Cubit during the camp, and after working with his throwing motion -- Frank felt much improved and Cubit clearly liked what he saw.
"I am excited about finally getting a Big Ten offer and I feel like the Illinois program is starting to build up again," Frank said.
The second offer came Tuesday while Frank and his family was headed home from the Columbus Elite 11, they stopped by Miami Ohio to check out campus.
"I loved the campus, it was awesome," Frank said. "And I like the quarterback coach there. I also like now they are getting all new facilities."
That makes three total offers for Frank, who previously held an offer from Illinois State.
"I was just really happy because I know that I am good enough to get another offer from a school, I just didn't know when they might be coming," Frank said.
Frank has a couple visits planned in the coming weeks, including heading to Northwestern Friday and to another Illinois camp in Champaign later in the month.
