The 6-foot-0 and 190-rising has picked up three offers since mid-May including an offer from the Big 12's Iowa State Cyclones. "It felt good, especially knowing it was my first Big 12 offer. They have been recruiting me since the spring. They told me that they like my film and my size," said Woods of the Cyclones who are recruiting him as a strong safety. The hard-hitting defender also picked up two other towards the end of last month's spring practice period. "I also have offers from Georgia Southern and Middle Tennessee," explained Woods.
