One Arizona prospect is really heating up.
Last week, Arizona State became the first school to offer Scottsdale Saguaro corner Byron Murphy, a 2016 prospect. Ohio State was next to offer and now Scout.com has confirmed that another BCS school has extended an offer.
Saguaro head coach Jason Mohns says, "Texas A&M just offered Byron."
Mohns describes Murphy has a smooth, lock down corner.
This will be Murphy's first year playing at Saguaro. He started and made all-section as a sophomore at Tempe Marcos de Niza last year. The 5-10 170 pounder made 60 tackles and 3 INTs.
