Cody Crider has been a two-way player for the Graves County Eagles and has been impactful on both sides. He rushed for 2085 yards and 26 touchdowns. He caught 13 passes for 153 yards and a score. Defensively he had 73 tackles, two interceptions and a fumble recovery.
All of that led to him picking up his first two scholarship offers.
"I got offered by Murray State and Southern Illinois," Crider said. "It feels great. I'm just blessed and thankful. Al of my hard work finally paid off."
Crider is high on both the Racers and the Salukis.
"Both schools have great football programs and facilities. The coaching staffs are great. I think I can compete at either school," he said.
Crider isn't quite ready to put an end to his recruitment at this time. There are some other things he wants to do first.
"I'm going to wait and make some visits. I want to go to a few more camps and have a great senior season," Crider continued.
Crider plans to camp at Eastern Michigan this weekend and Tennessee-Martin on July 19th. Scout.com will keep you updated on Cody Crider.
