The Opening - Florida CBs

Here's a look at The Opening cornerbacks from the state of Florida.

The Opening out in Beavertown, Oregon, will begin next week. 162 of the nation's best 2015 prospects will be in attendance, including 27 Floridians. There's some very talented recruits in the secondary from the Sunshine State.

Tyrek Cole
5-10/165
Miramar
No. 76 in Scout 300, No. 12 CB
Committed to Florida State

Cole is your classic cornerback with very good cover skills. He has good height but needs to bulk up and add weight and strength. Cole possesses good speed, quick feet and shows the ability to flip his hips and change directions. Cole plays with very good instincts and coverage awareness, whether he's playing man or zone. He has long arms and does a very good job of playing the ball in the air. Cole can be physical when needed. Cole is one of a few guys in the secondary committed to FSU that will be participating at The Opening.

Tavarus McFadden
6-3/195
Plantation American Heritage
No. 31 in Scout 300, No. 5 CB
Considering Florida, Florida State, Miami, Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Notre Dame, and others.

McFadden is one of those defensive backs that could end up at corner or safety on the next level. When you see him you may think safety because of size but he has the skill set to be a big corner. He can play on and off the ball with his quickness, length, and ability to react. His length helps his recovery speed as well. McFadden's recruitment is wide open.

Kevin Toliver
6-62/180
Jacksonville Trinity Christian Academy
No. 5 in Scout 300, No. 1 CB
Committed to LSU
